If you are looking for the inspection report on your non-relative Family, Friend and Neighbor provider (also known as an Approved Home, which is care that allows you to choose a specific person to care for your child(ren) while using Child Care Assistance Program benefits) enter their NJCCIS Facility ID into the “Program Name” field. You can get this ID from your provider or ask your CCR&R.
