Course Description: Participants will be reviewing and learning about the fundamental framework of the PITC’S Six Essential Program Practices. Each session will dig into the reasoning of these practices. Then from there, participants will be guided into each of the six practices in further deal. These are Primary Care, Individualized Care, Continuity of Care, Inclusion, Small Groups, and Culturally Sensitive Care. The learner will understand and see why each one of these on their own is important. Then we will deepen our understanding as to how each of these together to provide the best care possible for each child in their care.
