Description:
This 3-hour live virtual training provides participants with practical strategies to effectively resolve conflicts among young children. Based on HighScope®’s six-step conflict resolution process, this training will illustrate how supporting children in problem-solving promotes their social-emotional development and enhances classroom management. Through interactive discussions and applied activities, participants will learn the importance of teaching conflict resolution skills and how these skills contribute to a positive learning environment.
*This training is open to participants using any early childhood curriculum, as well as for programs without a curriculum, and it can be applied across a range of program settings.
