Description:
This virtual training is facilitated over a video conferencing program. Designed for individuals who provide direct classroom support to teachers and caregivers, the following session introduces participants to Coaching to Fidelity and The Fidelity Tool for Administrators, resources that enable the measurement of teachers’ fidelity of implementation of The Creative Curriculum® and provide actionable suggestions to support teachers’ instructional practices. During the session, participants will identify the characteristics of fidelity, examine strategies for observing teachers using a strengths-based lens, and learn how to engage teachers in ongoing coaching cycles. Participants should have completed Parts 1-4 of The Creative Curriculum for Preschool and Introduction to GOLD prior to enrolling in this session.
