Description:
This virtual training is facilitated over a video conferencing program. Designed for individuals who provide direct classroom support to teachers and caregivers, this session introduces participants to Coaching to Fidelity and The Fidelity Tool for Administrators, resources that enable the measurement of teachers’ fidelity of implementation of The Creative Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers & Twos and provide actionable suggestions to enhance practice. During the session, participants will identify the characteristics of fidelity, examine strategies for observing teachers and caregivers using a strengths-based lens, and learn how to engage teachers and caregivers in ongoing coaching cycles. We strongly recommend that participants complete Parts 1 - 4 of The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos or Family Child Care and Implementing GOLD online or in person prior to taking this training.
