This virtual training is facilitated over a video conferencing program. In this interactive live-virtual training, participants will explore the unique characteristics of children from birth to three and ways to support their development using Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP). Participants will learn how early childhood educators can apply strengths-based teaching and recognize each child as an individual to foster growth and development. We strongly recommend that participants complete the self-paced online Introduction to Child Development Birth to Age 5: Online, NJCCIS Class ID 106797 prior to enrolling in this session.
