This virtual training is facilitated over a video conferencing program. In this interactive live-virtual session, participants will explore teacher-facilitated segments of the day, including large and small group activities, read-alouds, transitions, and routines, offering valuable insights to support children's learning and development. Participants will have opportunities to use the New Jersey Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards and Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) as a framework for implementing best practices for children ages three to five. We strongly recommend that participants complete the self-paced online Introduction to Child Development Birth to Age 5: Online, NJCCIS Class ID 106797 prior to enrolling in this session.
