To strengthen our health and safety standards, New Jersey is changing the way parents and guardians check their children in and out of care as part of the Child Care Subsidy Program.
 
Our electronic Child Care Interactive Voice Response system, or IVR, makes reporting child care attendances and absences quick and safe for everyone. This phone-based system means no more waiting in line or using a shared machine, and helps us meet health and safety standards related to COVID-19. You’ll start using the IVR as of February 1, 2021.
